Attention to Detail
Some people naturally think in detail.
Thus, who better to repair your precious items than someone who is detail orientated? Instead of seeing a commonplace repair job, they tend to fix the item with the eye of a perfectionist. In fact, some repairs require the hand and eye of a perfectionist - altering the design can enhance the appearance as well as the functionality - making a once irreparable item into a favorite piece.
"When I work on someone's jewelry," explains Matt Claville, Oakley Jeweler's master goldsmith who began his designing journey in 1995, "I envision how much enjoyment the owner will get when they can wear it again." He advises jewelry lovers not to leave their jewelry in a jewelry box because it needs repair but, instead, to have it repaired and then enjoy it.
